Packaging & Shipping Standards

Thoughtfully wrapped. Carefully prepared.

The finishing touch to a made-to-order piece is the care taken to prepare it for delivery. From the protective wrapping around your bag to its presentation box and outer carton, our packing process brings together considered presentation and practical protection for the journey ahead.

01   /   PROTECTIVE WRAPPING

Care begins closest to the bag.

Each finished piece is prepared with protective wrapping suited to its shape and details. A dust bag keeps the leather covered, while cushioning helps separate the bag from the surrounding packaging. Handles, closures and exposed fittings receive particular attention during packing.

02   /   PRESENTATION

A considered finishing touch.

The presentation box is selected to accommodate the finished piece and its protective layers. Ribbon and finishing details complete the presentation, carrying the same attention to detail from the workshop to the moment you open your order.

03   /   READY FOR DISPATCH

Protection beyond the presentation box.

An outer carton adds a further protective layer for transit. Before dispatch, the packing arrangement is checked and the delivery details are confirmed with your client advisor. Shipping arrangements and the expected delivery window are discussed for your destination, separately from the production timeline.
