HLUX / THE ART OF MAKING
Inside the HLUX Workshop
From selected materials to a finished piece.
Behind every made-to-order bag is a sequence of careful decisions and hands-on work. These workshop photographs offer a closer look at materials, prepared components and pieces taking shape, showing how an individual design moves through the different stages of production.
01 / MATERIAL PREPARATION
Every piece starts with its materials.
Leather is selected around the design and the details confirmed for your order. Grain, colour and the usable areas of each hide guide how the components are arranged. Cutting begins with attention to the proportions of the bag and the character of the material.

02 / COMPONENTS & CONSTRUCTION
A design takes shape, part by part.
Panels, straps and smaller components are prepared before they are brought together. At the workbench, individual parts are aligned and finished in stages, with the chosen leather, colour combination and hardware guiding the construction of each piece.

03 / ASSEMBLY & PROGRESS
Follow the making of your order.
As the components come together, the bag develops its final shape. Handles, closures and finishing details are completed before the finished piece is presented for review. Your client advisor can share production updates and help you follow the progress of your own order.
